


About Us Before founding St. John & Myers, Olivia worked with the Estate Jewelers Association of America (EJAA). As corporate actions manager, Olivia was an integral part of the association’s marketing team, as well as the company’s membership and publications divisions. She managed the customer service efforts for both divisions and created and executed the marketing plan. In addition, she developed financial analysis for each division. As project manager, she planned, and then oversaw development of a B-to-B and a B-to-C website.

To pass the first St. John & Myers test, the piece must first be of unquestionable quality. Louis is an expert judge of quality gems. He has more than 25 years of experience as a gemologist and an even broader background in fine jewelry. This enables him to create custom pieces. A sought-after speaker as well, Louis also has an in-depth knowledge of historical periods and the jewelry each period produced.
To pass the second St. John & Myers test, the piece must be an exquisite, one-of-a-kind piece that couples wearability with timeless design. Olivia has impeccable taste, and having grown up in Lexington, understands the area’s unique style. LOUIS SCHOLZ
Louis Scholz is a professional gemologist with a degree from the Columbia School of Gemology. He is the founder of Fine Jewelry by Louis, a wholesale antique jewelry company, as well as founder and designer of the English-made Brixton and Gill, Inc.. cufflink company.
Louis has been in the jewelry industry for more than 25 years with his primary focus being on antique jewelry and cufflink manufacturing. He is a member of the American Gem Society (AGS), the Manufacturing Jewelers (MJSA) the Diamond Council of America (DCA)., and the 24K Club, South Eastern Guild. His company, Brixton & Gill, was the first British manufacturing firm admitted to the American Gemological Society.
OLIVIA JOHNSON SCHOLZ
In addition to founding St. John & Myers, Olivia Johnson Scholz is also a principal of Brixton and Gill, for whom she negotiated a license and royalty agreement to launch the B & G brand in Europe.
